yeah well.....OSU was actually about 72% for Kerry. It was the rest of the state that F**ked it up.

good question. i did. but my vote stills counts in jersey on the absentee ballot and kerry swept that state easily. they were recruiting like hell though all over campus to get people to the polls, so who knows.

at what point dont these people think it becomes more annoying then anything...i had at least 5 voice recordings a day...and in the 4 hrs i was at my dads house last sunday he had 3.

My Uncle in Princeton (very deomocratic) has a similar incedent. He was picking up the daily paper at the end of the driveway when a lady walked up to him and asked him if he'd like a paper with a bunch of facts about the 2 parties. While she was giving him the paper packet he said no thanks, I already know Kerry is a lier. She snatched the papers back and was speachless. He then pointed across the street to his neighbor explaining she'd probably like the packet.
I thought that was funny.
I also think it's funny that so many Bush haters think that the majority of the population is a bunch of idiots. I don't feel that way about the voters for Kerry so what gives? Is it just that they're are a few sore loosers... nope, seems like there are lots, a lot in the media and far more over in Europe. Like I said in another post, just wait until Europe finds out how curropt it's own government is. We've got the French predisdent by the balls right now. He'll turn any way we twist em.
I hope nobody thinks Michael Moore is a reputable source for political insight. He's such an anarchist it's pathetic. If you want to talk about biased news just listen to him. He's also got a ton of contradictory inverviews. He "hates" everybody in America; check this stuff out.

I'm not back to watching Fox news because they actually talk to REAL deomcrats often about the outcome. Some of the shows aren't very fare but compared to the rest of the media you can't deny Fox news for being the most neutral. That's how they make their money and get viewers... they don't take sides. They make fun of other news agencies which I find interesting.

At the polls I worked people from both p[arties were handing out flyers to people (I made sure they were at least 100" from the entrance). I laughed as most people just dumped them in the trash can by the front door.

Hand-outs on election day and lawn signs for natioinal races are a BIG waste of money. By the time someone comes to the polls for a big race they have their mind made up most of the time.
