Boneless is a plus, but Ill take them anyway.
It depends on my mood if I want them to be cruchy.
Cluck-U has satasified me so far.

Wing fan here! By far the best places i have ever gotten them would be in the order from worst to best:
3:Wings+Things
2:Bungs Tavern Burlington NJ (Hot, Atomic, Nuclear)
1:Empire Pizze Bordentown NJ-By far my favorite EVER. The sauce they use on the wings they put on their famous sandwich "The Vamp"

Bungs Tavern hosts a car show. I think its pre 75 though. However i will let you all know, come down there and have fun. Its an awesome place. However dont leave the carshow sideways, with the tach needal pinned at 5800, and struggle to keep it on the road...cause when the smoke clears and you will see the cop come through it after you... ...he was nice and never pulled me over. I guess he thought it was pretty good.

Also, the wings at that bar in Ewing...forget the name...All Call Inn I think? Garlic wings were killer!!

Ahhh Wings!!!!
In the city Jimmy's Bait Shack has great wings and other BBQ food.
Hooters wings and buffalo shrimp are pretty good.
I only been in Jersey a year so I do know any good local Wing spots.
