RJ's car and my pitiful brakes
Stopped off at TTP today to ask about welding in SFCs. Got to talking about the STS kit. One's on the lift so I ask to go see it. Its RJ's car. Damn dude that is one wicked setup you got. TTP did a nice job too. I'm glad I don't own a "Rustang"....or a vette for that matter. I wish I had your cash cause I would burn mine if I did. Good luck with it.
As for me, I started doing my brakes today. Upgraded to PowerSlot rotors, hawk pads and did the caliper paint as well. Although this is pitiful compared to RJ's car, I guess its what I can afford to do for now!

The car is SO LOUD, they had to weld 2 Bullet Mufflers to the after turbo pipe. Kinda sounds like a loud-mouth now. I took some photos, its a really slick set up. I totally dig it.
I was talking to Matt @ TTP and he said alone with a N/A car their equilizer cam (that was installed) makes about 400+ RWHP, now add the turbo-charger on top of that... wow

that's not my car !!!!!!!!! j/k
thanks guys.. hopefully getting the car tomorrow. but not in a rush cause i have soo much crap to do this week.
man i've been saving for awhile now so i hope it going to pay off.. not looking for insane hp cause i still have some other stuff to upgrade..
as for the service, i would definately recommend them. Did a great job and answered all my questions when I had them. trust me i had a lot.
Car took longer than expected, but it was due to various stuff like not getting parts in when it should have been there. once again, not their fault. the even offered an alternative form of transportation when my car wasn't done

the car is pretty much done except for the boost controller and the dyno tuning. they started the car today to get it on the other lift and it sounded pretty nice with the two mufflers.
dyno #s probably by monday, i don't expect much cause I need a fuel system to handle everything.
i'll try to get a vid going
later

decent numbers, but ot's still running lean. Â*George actually tried a 7lb run and he got a little over 500, but i went lean again...damn it, need to upgrade the fuel system.
12secondv6... i got a new k&N filter... Â*(however it's in the back of the car)

are you using the EQ with the STS kit? I would assume you could make the same or better numbers with something more suited to the cam

guess we'll find out how a 230+ duration .600+ life 112 or less lsa cam will work with a turbo report back with the results including driveability...what size injectors did you end up getting?

using 55lb injectors. Â*I got the car back yesterday night. Â*Drove it to hooters in paramus, was an incredible drive. Â*Didn't floor it cause i was kinda scared what it may do. Â*Gave it most 3/4 throttle. Â* The tune was very conservative cause I was leaning out on higher rpms, there for the dyno numbers kinda blow. Â*Right now, i'm only pushing out 5psi. guess i need to upgrade the fuel system. Â*George did dyno the car at 7psi and all i can say is wow. Â* can't wait till i get the fuel system done.
