So my Mopar father fell in love with 4th gens...
more specifically, mine.
He's on ebay right now, looking at 2002s.. apparently i am not allowed to own a newer, nicer car than him... so he too is looking at Z28s and SS's...
Oh yeah. and what sold him on the car: the mute button on the steering wheel.
No. I'm not kidding.

My neighbor has an '03 Mach 1, with the shaker hood. Nice car, pretty quick. I think it has the 4-cammer. T56. Pulls strong. I've never been in a ferd that pulled storng past 6000 rpm.
I want to buy a 5th gen and race him. And win.

Melissa, thats great to hear your dad is possibly finally sseing the light, lol. My first car was a mopar, 73 coronet to be exact, but after my GTA and vette, i was hooked on GM. And, if he likes your car as it is stock... he'll have to drive mine this spring as well, then he should be convinced. Also, even with my Pioneer monitor/DVD headunit, my mute button is still functional. lol
edit: also btw, my old boss has a Mach 1 stang and he is dissapointed with it, he says its not what he expected and my SS stock pulled much harder.
