How many things can show not working on obd2 and still pass?

Ok so if i have the egr shut off (at the pcm) and everything else works it should pass

If the EGR is shut off through the PCM then the test should be set to self pass. It will be fine.

Ok great
. I keep getting a code 405 (egr low input)and cant find the problem. So i am going to shut it off

I try my hardest to keep the car legal. Nj is a pain but it is somthing i have learned to accept.
