I GOT NEW TOYS!!!!!!!
hey gang,
as some of you know i have been looking for an LS1 to throw into my 83 Z28 for a while now. well, this week i paid for it and today i picked it up.
from a wrecked 99 SS, pass side impact. car had 11k on it(10,780.2 to be exact) and was a recent purchase after a dealer trade in(it still had a temp tag in the friggin window.)
if everything goes well i expect to be firing this thing up with a turbo on it some time in march.
check it out:
the complete 6spd set up is for sale if anyone is interested (and has cash)

as is = way too slow
the minimum acceptable when the turbo combo is complete and teh car hits the track in the spring is a 10.2
the stock motor is not capable of anything close to that. hehe

jealous much?
hardly the typical ls1 by the time it is installed. lots of power put in a very light package. it will be one of the quickest and fastest pump gas ls1's anywhere.
