Bra or No Bra?
Now that I've got your attention lol... I wasn't referring to girls' bras!
What are your thoughts on leather bras for cars??
Looks good? Looks bad? Faux paux (or however it's spelled)?
Better on Camaro? Better on Firebird?
Any other comments?

I don't like he look personally. If it was a long distance traveler during the summer months when bugs mess up paint jobs and grills, then its more of function over form.
However for looks, leave the bra off.

I dont like them at all. Ive heard some horror stories about people using them.
Either the paint will fade due to lack of light compared to the rest of the car, and rocks that get stuck underneath with stay there and just scratch the hell out of em.
I would only use one for long distance trips, or just temporary usage like if driving in the snow.

they look like ass but using it during snow sounds like a good idea, otherwise what is their purpose?

i dont like the bras on 4th gens but 3rd gens are a different story, they dont look too bad on camaros, so-so on the birds and t/a's. a few years ago i had a 84 z28 with a 3" harwood lift off hood, well i had a 1 piece bra on it while ripping up the Palisades parkway at 95 mph, next thing i know i can see out over my headlight through my cowl, my 1 front hood pin came out and that bra was the only thing keeping the hood from ripping off. from then on, i love 1 piece bras on cars with pin on hoods. lol but if you dcide to do a bra on your car, wax the **** out of the section under to protect it. and clean it every few days to prevent build up of salt, rocks, and other dust and debris.

Haha well you figured me out... I'm thinking of putting a bra on the camaro for the winter to cover up my front bumper damage until I replace it next summer. It gives me agita everytime I see the big crack on my front bumper
