Windshield

I got quoted at $295 for a windshield replacement, then got a discount thru my dad's job and brought the price down to $250. I can't go thru insurance because I only have liability. Is this a good price or should I keep looking around?

Back in the day when I had to replace my 90 Firebird windshield, it cost me $300 and change, and that included labor. So $295 nowadays may be correct, with no labor if you do it yourself.

My dad had his windshield replaced just last winter. Costed him $300 and change for a Ford E350. They went to our work to install. The first time, they broke the replacement windshield, so the second one they installed was free.
