GT4

Anyone know what car is fastest in the 1/4 mile on GT4? I want to beat my friend and he runs high 7s. I ran my evo first time out to a 8.3 without touching the settings.

Also, does anyone have the Mclaren GTR car yet? What is the top speed? Have to beat another friend of mine lol. Thanks for any info guys.

Rob

My STi has a best of 7.8x. Not much tuning other than a little bit on the suspension.

That's what he thinks.

Mine work...just getting harder and harder to go from 70 - 0 in 10 ft.

What is it with STS not willing to install customer purchased parts? They're the same thing they're gonne install that I bought from them..."liability reasons" was their response. Yet my local shop, if they had the room for my car, would use the parts I bought elsewhere no problem. BLAH! I really don't wanna fork over $200 to get it done.

STS has a lot to lose, as well as other big name shops. We cannot warranty the parts or the labor on customer purchased parts. We dont know where it came from, nor do we care.

I could understand if you had the parts in house. But even Sears has to get the parts from another store, so how the hell do you know where they came from? I can give you the receipt that shows they were purchased at a well known store...in some cases the same store they'd be bought from if I took it to STS or the like.

What car are you using? Go buy the super soft racing tires and nitrous already. Don't forget to go into the set-up screen and bump the nitrous shot up as far as it will go.
