For Sale: low miles 4L60E trans out of a 1994 Trans Am
I have a very strong 4L60E out of a stock 1994 Trans Am available for sale, trans has less than 9k miles on it and has been lightly upgraded up by Level 10, a very reputable high performance transmission shop located in NJ for improved shift quality and reliability.
Stock OEM torque converter and flex plate included.
Excellent condition and ready to install.
Located in NJ, asking $600.00 + shipping.

It has less than 9k on the rebuild or the whole trans? What upgrades were done internally? Most everything that you had to do with the older 4L60 you can now do with reprogramming the pcm.
Got a picture? And where in NJ? Thanks

Less than 9k miles total, this thing is still like new.
It has upgraded clutches and a mild shift kit upgrade, not a total race build but strengthened for the day that it would be raced, that day never came so it only saw street duty for a short period and hasn't been in a car in a few years, has been stored/protected indoors.
Sorry no pics but it's located in the Clark/Westfield area.

I'm in Arizona right now but I'll be back Monday evening... then there's the Yanks game Tuesday but after that I'll conform to whatever your schedule permits.

If Jon doesn't take it I got second dibs. The 4l60E in my truck is ready to eat it I'm almost certain. Please let me know ASAP if he's taking it or not. If he's not I'll have my tranny checked by a local shop and if they say it's no good I'll take yours for cash also.

I need your address and phone number so I can drive up and check it out. I'm 90% sure I'm buying it unless some super deal lands in my lap.
