Innocent people die every day foolishly, yet nothings done. It almost seems like when someone dies because of others doing something FUN, its totally horrible and all that. Focus on other ****... when the city streets are safe to walk at 2am, THEN focus on street racing.

if you are in any part of jersey you are no mare than an hour from a track. you are supposed to be 18, bbut you can race at 16 with a valid permit and a parental permission slip.

I street race... on a backwoods road at 1AM. No innocent bystanders. Anyone else whos there is behind the starting line. Only 2 people at risk: me and the person I'm racing. You wont find me racing from a stop light or in any way showing off by driving foolishly on city streets...
I've seen cars break loose half way down the track at Atco. Whats Atco do? send another car down right after it only for it to do the same... What they do next? send another car down for it to do the same and hit the WALL. Don't they think to have someone go down and check the track? Nope...
Atco has also never tech inspected my car (it would fail horribly). How is the track much safer than my backwoods racing? Short of them having an ambulance there isnt much of a difference in safety IMO.
