Ex Mustang Guy New to site.
Hi my name is Dave I am new to the sight I own now my 3rd camaro/ firebird I used to have a 1997 Camaro 6cyl 5 speed with a flowmaster exhaust then I had 3 different mustangs all fox's ( I was under the influence of my roomate he loved mustangs they were fast but I thaught they were ugly) then I bought a 1996 Pontiac Firebird Formula very nice very quick but peer pressure played a part again and I sold the Firebird and boughta 03 Ford Mustang Gt but the price for that got too much and I got Married in the process so it did not work any ways so I sold it and bought my wife a 2002 VW Jetta cause my family would fit in it easier. Now the other day I dought my newest Camaro it is a 1986 IROC-z with 305 tpi and my wife has her girly jetta back.

Hey Dave I'm new too. I'm a second gen guy myself (don't get me wrong I'd buy a 3rd gen if the right one came my way) and I had to drive my wife's '01 Jetta til I got my daily driver. It's so nice to go back to rear-wheel drive. Welcome aboard!

Where I am from
I am in Lakehurst right now I am in the navy so I ma going to be stationed here for th e next two years. I love my camaro but it will need some work before I can bring it out and show it off cause I dont even have a shif knob for it. It has a rotted out exhause needs a feul filter it may also need some rear end work. I want to change out rear gears to 3.73 does anyone know any shops who do any performance modifications? Do any of you all go to Englishtown I hope to have my car running right by next summer it wont be pretty yet buit I hope to get atleast runnning right. I also want to buy new heads or just get the ones that are on the car ported and polished and get a new cam+lifters and intake any suggestions. Also what kind of muffler should I replace my rotted out one with I want Flowmaster but on my stang I used Mac and that had a really nice tone. well if anyone can help me out please feel free I would just love to meet up with any enthusist when I get her finished or if anyone wants to loook atb her. Oh yeah I also need a tune up a battery and a nesteering wheel or if anyone wants to trade a stock steering wheel for a n aftermarket I would be glad too.
