Anyone used Ouija boards? Strange experinces?

Thought about it reading the Ghost thread. Anyone get some strange **** to happen. Not the questionable "well, I think Karen was moving it", but legit scary stuff.

I have, and wont use them again!

I wont play around with those things. but my sister used to. she was kinda messing around with witchcraft for a while and her and her other witchcraft obsessed friend were using the ouija board and they must have pissed something off, cause the little piece that you move around got throw across the room, but not by either of the people using the board.

*edit*

I have attempted to use one before, but it didnt work for me. I guess thats a good thing.

last time me and my friends did it, i thought it was BS and asked something along the lines of "prove it".

every candle in the room. about 8, blew out at the same time. they were spread all over the room we were in.

no open windows, no fans, no one walking around....

what ever me and my friends were talking to, seemed very pissed off. Then there was a crack of thunder when it answered our question "I DONT CARE".

I'm like .. "OK, GOODBYE" packed up the board and havent used it since

its kinda a medium between this world and another, darker world. you put two fingers from each hand on a little pointer and the spirit guides it towards letters and numbers to answer your questions. the chances of you getting a hold of a nice spirit are slim to none. most likely you will be conversing with a pissed off spirit and bad **** can happen. I'm usually not superstitious, but I really dont like ouija boards.

Didn't use the kind that you buy in the store, but when my sister was in college, her dorm room was haunted. I went to visit her once and her and her roomates made an Ouija board from a pizza box and used a Tylenol cap for the pointer thing, or whatever it's called. I didn't think anything was going to happen, but the minute she put the cap on the box/board, the cap just started spinning around the board on its own. I asked it a few questions, can't remember exactly what, but all I know is that something was making the cap move because none of us were.

*edit*
That was also the one and only time I ever used it. Was too freaked out to ever mess with that again.

I have no past experiences with one, but a buddy of mine took one into a grave yard which i believe only had a few bodies burried in it from the 1800s. They were supposedly union army soldiers i guess and when he asked who the spirit was it went to the initials that were carved on one of the tombstones.

my brother had one but i never used it, idk if he did either. i was kinda freaked out by them. i remember my cousin told me this story when i was like 12 or so that her and a few of her friends were messing with one then the lights went out and when the came back on one of the girls was passed out and had hand prints around her neck like someone or something strangled her. she then said that supposed theres a note in the bottom of the box that say get rid of it before so an so date, she said that after that they did numerous things to the board and it would always come back to the same place. to this day i still dont believe this...

I tried one a while ago, it was actually thundering and lightning out bad and I was home alone. I was playing around with this and all of a sudden, I heard knocking on my door. You can't imagine how freaked out I was. I was like, "Hell if I'm opening the door!".... So I'm walking over to answer the door. As soon as I opened it up, I nearly fainted. I have never seen anything like it. There was this beautiful hot blonde with huge **** standing right before me in this tight wet t-shirt. At that moment, I realized how great and powerful the Ouija board really is. I never wanted to let it out of my sight. That night, I remember going to bed with this Ouija board on one side of me, and the blonde on the other. When I awoke the next morning, they were both gone.

When I was yonger my mom strictly fobade my using of one no matter what. One of my aunts got one for christmas one year, she threw a ****fit... I have never reaally used it by when my mom was younger had some SERIOUSLY scary experiances with one that shes never talked about... I may ask her.

And for the record many houses in Bergen County date waaaaay back, and many are haunted... Here's an example. Basically across the street from where my mom used to live (around the corner really), my mom said that when she would go there when little the house was definately haunted, I don't remember specifics but things like feeling presences and windows/doors opening and shutting, that kind of thing. Indirect interaction, if you will.

Anyway turns out now a kid who was a year below me (and briefly went out with one of my best friends... pissed me off as I tend to get defensive of her if theres a guy I feel is at all scummy or unfit for her or w/e but that's a whole nother story) lives there now. I heard the same stories out of him now, 30 years later... same house, same **** going on. My mom wasn't the least bit surprised when my friend (who the kid living in the house went out) told her about it, thats when my mom told me and her the stories from when she was little.

Alcohol may have impaired the readability of this story so I may need to edit at a later date for clarity and ease of reading.

But guys! Ghosts, spirits and the supernatural don't exist

I stay away from them, like Ian said they can be bad news.

I got one when I was in 7th grade thanks to my science teacher. He and his son had many crazy experiences with one. I tried it a few times but never had anything happen, although I think that had to do with my friend not giving any spirits the chance to "speak" through the board. He kept moving the pointer himself.
