Couple of quick announcements about tuning

First & of course most importantly I finally broke down & registered a real domain name so my new website can be found at

Secondly as of Tomorrow I will no longer be tuning LT1's at all. I will be selling my tuning hardware/software for 96-97 LT1's so if anyone is interested in doing their own tuning pm me for more info. The reason I am doing this, honestly, is because I don't feel I'll be able to offer the same quality of tunes as I would for them as I would for every other vehicle that I tune for a variety of reasons.

I've gotten to this point by offering thee best tunes bar none and I want to keep that standard rather then offering tuning just to offer it.

Thanks
Bill

I say one of you LT1 guys needs to buy Bill's software and learn to tune yourselves. That way you can help the others out.

if i had the time to do tunes(and the money to buy the equipment) then i would love to do it...but my current situation with school, work, etc makes it pretty hard for me to even want to do it

i'd buy the software, but i'm in the "spent too much money recently" club.

why don't you buy it Justin? there's enough of us LT1 foos around, you could make some extra cash.

dam that sucks , but its cool I understand.

probably out of my budget but how much are you selling the software for?

I assume its the LT1 edit capable of multiple PCM's and not just one right? I actually seriously considered buying it until I read the parts the kept saying.

WARNING SEVERE OR FATAL DAMAGE COULD BE CAUSE TO YOUR VECHICLE PCM RESULTING IN COSTLY REPAIRS.

Once I saw that I was like f-that. And I saw if your computer shuts off or freezes for some reason during an upload your PCM could be severely damaged?

lots of bad "what if's" lol

tuning has always been fascinating to me... quick question though... what does a tune to say a v6 like mine do to the gas mileage? if I knew it wouldn't absolutely KILL it, then I would definitely tune it.

you can go as mild or as aggressive as you want...you could leave the shift points below xxrpm alone so you wont downshift aggressivly unless you go over 50% tps. And for the most part the maf does most of the part throttle fueling meaning you'll usually fluxuate from 14.6-14.8:1 until you go wot. Bottom line is I can make it do whatever you'd want it to do, but its also up to you to keep your foot out of the go pedal

Good to see some integrity. Too bad I'm driving the LG4 or I'd stop by.
