I do have semi gloss black mixed from the last shop I worked at but I figure I'll save that for when I have the engine out and can do everything with minimal masking/prep. While I had the headers out I figured I'd weld in some patches on the wheel wells and fix some other rust, prime the areas then hit it with rustoleum semi gloss black. You can go to any shop and have them mix the color for your car and make it semi gloss, but then you would need a spray gun and air compressor.

no they cant put it in a spray paint can.
the paint code would be on the body tag located on the cowl.

You can get something similar to an aerosol can. It's a glass jar that the paint goes into and then the top is a disposable air canister/nozzle that gets screwed onto the jar for spraying. Still not as good as a gun and compressor though.

I forgot i had these, I bought 3 when i was buildign the Monte SS and painting like everything with POR-15. I got these through the POR-15 Store and only used one. Worked decent with the thinner required, and helped to get inside where a brush couldnt get. I could use these to paint my SS engine compartment, but now that i have a compressor, ill buy a HVLP gun.
