the fbody Nats are evil for me...
well most remember last year how the day before the nats i started having engine issues/fuel problems with my SS and i couldnt make it, then a week later the motor finally blew up. Well, now this year i had planned to show up this afternoon for a little, but when i went outside to move my truck in the morning it wouldnt start, just cranking. So far it seems like the fuel pump took a crap between 3am last night and 10am this morning. I dropped the tank and got the pump out and its stone dead, i tried to power it up off my jumper pack and nothing, the relay and everythign was working, just a dead pump overnight.... SO now i swear its the "f body nationals curse". I will hold tim and justin personally responsible for my truck if it blow the motor in a week, just like my SS, haha. But seriously, tomorrow i'm gonna try to find just a pump and not the whole damn module assemble it has. I found just a pump kit online for $57, but im too impatient to wait the 3-4 days for shipping, lol.

Well, today i was going to find a new pump, but i happened to be at my bank and i asked if i had ever recieved my credit into my loan account for when i cancelled my extended warranty. and they said nothing showed up and being credited in other than my monthly payments. SO... i went to the dealer sinc ei cancelled it like 2 months ago i still didnt get the money, like $3800.+ .Well, the lady in charge is out till wed so no one knows **** there and they just tell em to call the warranty company to see if its still in effect, sure enough it is still an active policy....this afternoon i had them tow the truck to the dealer and they are gonna fix it. And the tank is like hanging out the bottom haha i didnt even bolt it back in, i just used a tie-down to hold it there, the pump and stuff are in the back of the truck i told them. I explained why it was apart and they said no problem, and if anythign comes up i told the service writer to contact the dealerships owner, who knows me by name sinc eive complained so much, haha.

I will not be held responsible for any issues with that truck. It's got many pre-existing ailments.
