ehhh i run a set of lakewoods on the rear of the Chevelle and the Camaro, helped the Camaro out quite a bit. Only think I noticed is that they make the Chevelle ride a little bouncy, but that car has always hooked rather well.

They are cheap shocks, and from what I have heard they aren't that great.

Rear shocks on a 3rd or 4th gen fbody could be replaced by my 12 year old sister in under 45 minutes, and that's including the time spent making a PB&J and eating it while waiting for the penetrating fluid you sprayed on the bolts to work it's way in.....

Matt, don't buy shocks now. Please.

You know, when the interior is out is the perfect time.

and just so no one says i dont contribute.....matt, instead of spending the money now when you cant buy all 4, wait untill your about to put it on the road and buy 4 at once so they are all the same age and not worn out from sitting and having their seals dry out.

Yup, I agree. I don't think I would get drag shocks either, see the Eibach drag launch spring thread for more info. Same sort of circumstance, for the amount of track time the car will see it isn't worth the loss in street manners IMO.
