Thumbs down sprung a leak, dexcool is expensive!

my lower radiator hose sprung a leak last nite, a pretty big leak once the car warmed up and it had pressure. i go to napa and get a new hose and 2 gallons of awesome GM Dexcool. the hose was $13 and the dexcool was $15 EACH lol

dexcool price FTL

Did you mix it with tap water or distilled (or was it pre-0mixed 50/50)? I hear it doesn't like tap water, makes it gel.

Moving to engine forum...

Tthe dexcool isnt really ment for the older motors, its better to run the green or something along those lines.
