Best Spark Plug Wire?

I haven't had a good experience with Taylor wires. I had a defective set that caused my car some serious problems, and I discovered it many months after I purchased them.

Has anyone had good experience with other brand spark plug wires? I want to run Over The Valve wires too.

If this is for your LT1 look at the Accel 300+ wires. They are 8MM wires that will fit ( with a dremmel and a little effort ) into the stock holders so you don't have to worry as much about them getting burnt or cut thru by the belt and pullies up front.

Only other I've used are the OVC kits which were taylor custom cut wires and the side mounts. They look good and work good if you have the right crimping tool. They ARE a major PITA to install!

i had the accell 8mm on my vette. they worked great, then the car sat for 2 years(properly winterized). i just pulled them off and the boot rubber was hard and brittle as hell. they just fell apart. maybe it was from sitting, but i didn't expect them to get that bad in that amount of time.

i'm goin msd for my next build. i've heard nothing but good things about them.
