Speed Limiter?

What's the best programmer/tuner to adjust as well as all the other ECU goodies. Nothing too expensive either...

I think the only LT1 programs are Tuner Cat or LT1 edit. A Hypertech power programmer will allow ya to play w/ the speed limiter, but doen't have much adjustability beyond that.

i heard with lt1 edit theres no going back to where you started and your car wont run or somethin glike that. thats why other people were recommending tunar cats.. but how hard would tuner cats be? im going to look into a tuning program if i can get a laptop for cheap enough
