Does anyone know some one who can fix a convertible top on a fox body mustang!!!

A freind of mine has a fox body mustang with a convertible and the top is all worn out so he wants to have it redone. If anyone knows some one who can do this work please let me know. My friend will buy the parts just needs some one to do the work right. The top is with a glass rear window not plastic.

let me know

there's a convertible shop in hackensack that could probably do it if it's still around

Try Montclair Auto Top
195 Glenridge Ave, Montclair - (973) 746-6363

Corner of Glenridge Avenue and Forest Street in Montclair. I've seen them working on some classics in there.

Yep, they're good but pricey. Course, cheap work doesn't usually = good work, so you get what you pay for. One of my former students had a Fox-body vert, so I called them to find out how much it would cost to replace the top (it was ripped and leaking). I think they quoted me around $1200, parts and labor. The name of the shop is S&B Car Tops in Hackensack.
