Parachuting?
Does any one know of a place that you DONT have to be 18 to make a jump?

Matt you don't need a parachute, you need a fire extinguisher.
I imagine parachute places won't allow anyone under 18 for insurance purposes. Even a parent's consent isn't enough to protect them from lawsuits.

You know Matt, the answer above is actually a good one.
Consider a stint in the military after highschool. I put in a few years and it did me some good.  You don't have to go into combat arms.
Of course if you still wanna parachute, you could consider a military job in transportation. The 18th Airborne has a Trans unit that is jump qualified and stationed out of Ft Bragg. I worked with them in 1996, not a bad group. Even have one of their Challenge Coins.

I am, im getting into shape so eventually I can jogg 4 or 5 miles with no problem, but right now Im doing a 1 miles stop lift weights and run 1/2. Im considering being a firefighter in the army, or a MP

I'm not familiar with any MPs or Firefighters who are jump qualified.
I do hope you seriously consider the military though. If your intended career is in mechanics, may as well go that route in the military. Get some deisel training with wheeled vehicles, then go to tech school when you get out for gasoline tech.
As for parachuting, save your money. Either do it for the military, or stay on task for your other school / career goals.
