you are missing a fundamental point of how racing works. the quicker/faster car does nto always win. that is why the races are run. on paper, you have a huge advantage and i have never said otherwise. that doesn't mena i am not willing to gamble or that there is no possibility of you making a mistake.
it is your race to lose and that is pretty much what i am counting on.

Say no to hypertech tuners.

Spend the $$ on software or pay someone to do it, spend that $$ wisely.

i honestly dont think a stock a4 corvette would beat a stock m6 f-body of the same year with equal drivers

its less than a 200 pound difference and the fbody has an advantage on the launch and with the 6 speed. now granted tim is a little guy (hehe) and i dont know how big buoni is, it might be more even then you guys think. i vote tim.

True but his vette isn't stock.

Like I said before it's his race to lose. If he doesn't screw up launching there's no way a basically stock SS is going to win. But, then again, that's why they race for real instead of bench racing

actually long tubes is a big deal. and its kind of hard to mess up with an auto. i vote vette now. this is gonna be an awesome race!
