i just converted my 89 rs to carb. if ur 92 is the same, the fuel lines come into the engine bay on the wrong side. I just cut and flared them right under the master cylinder and ran AN lines through the alt bracket, over the water pump and around to my carb. I also put a return style fuel regulator in and went with the stock elec pump. u'll need an in-line fuel pressure gauge as well to set the regulator. works great.

i also read somewhere that it's rather easy to cross both lines under the tranny crossmember. makes for a cooler environment than the front crossmember under the motor where most cross.
