Wow, what a great day for tubing in the river!
I ended up doing some yard work, worked on both cars and then went for a mountain bike ride. So I was starting to overheat big time. So I grabbed a couple of beers and went out on the Delaware River in my boat. The wind was cranking down stream big time so I had to toss out the anchor. I threw the tube in the water with a rope hooked to it and jumped in! Wow, it was better than the middle of summer! The water temp is cool but not too cold. And the wind was really warm. So I Kicked back in the tube and had a couple of beers while relaxing. It was almost perfect until the dam fish started biting at my assss! And I could see them doing it! What the heck, I don't have a lot of meat on me so why would they think they could actually get something! Anyway, I don't think I've ever been in the water on Oct 8th so this is a record! So I think that means we'll be getting a rough winter!

I friggin hope so. Its been too long since we had a good snow. I was barely able to call out of work last winter, Solstice doesnt like snow or slush very well. I need an excuse to call out a few times, I need a break

The boat stays in the water all summer so I only really tow it a couple of times a year. I put the boat in on March 31 so I got a nice long season out of it this year.
