That is the yearone bandit trans am they just made, i dont think those wheels are avaible to the public.

Year One has some sexy rides.
Those 18" Snowflakes are available on Year Ones site but they aren't cheap @ almost $800 a wheel. Its on Page 2 of the online catalog for firebirds:
