Driving into work tonight was fun....
doing 20 under the limit lol. The truck is down until early next week so I absolutely have to drive the vette until then no matter what. So driving to base wasn't that bad, but once I got on base the cop at the gate says, "be careful in this thing." So I knew the roads were crap. I'm cruising at a brisk 10 mph and any slight blip of the throttle resulted in the back end kicking out. So yeah, I'll be sticking to the main roads on the drive home around 7 am.
Evette is out in the parking lot shivering and traumatized.

Buy a normal car instead of paying a small fortune for that one.

In the original post he says it's down till early next week so that means yes. Not sure what's wrong with it though.

how long ago was this because I grad. from there in 94? Pretty sure the people living there would have called the cops and seeing as they are just 3 blocks away don't know if you'd be getting away too quickly...

The ride home was uneventful until I got the crap scared out of me when I passed a dumptruck going the other way that was spreading salt . The tires on the vette are very useless after the track rental.

Yep I still have it. Not driving it for 10 months and needing to replace all the gaskets is a factor lol.

Do me a favor and keep my finances out of your posts. Why would I want to buy another car when the truck is paid for?

Can't rotate the tires. Fronts are a different size(17) and the rears are 18

Your truck is like 20 years old isn't? One would hope its paid for. I'm not quite sure why you are getting excited about finances? I didn't put a number up here.

I guess I'm used to normal cars that have same size front/rear tires and wheels. My bad.
