no spark

i was working on my cousins 80 chevy blazer with a 350 in it i cant get the truck to run theres no spark for some reason i replaced the dist cap rotor coil still nothing then i replaced the dist and still no spark please help me

What kind of distributor? HEI or some other aftermarket deal? If its HEI, I would agree with Josh, your module failed.

It's probably the module like Josh said. They fail frequently. Although it's odd that they would be bad in both distributors. This might sound like a stupid question but, are you sure the rotor is spinning when you crank the starter?
