LT1 missing hose

OK I was reconnecting the coolant hoses and everything after doing an opti swap and i think I am missing one and I can't recall what/where it was or goes to below is a pic of where I think it connected to it is circled in red

I wouldn't have thought anything about it but while I was flushing the system with water to prep it for coolant every now and then it would shoot water out of there.

here's a pic of what i think it might be

ok where does the hose lead to though it looks like it goes down and under some where I looked and couldn't find any hanging loose hoses and what exactly does it do is that the throttle body bypass mod

Saitin,

Maybe this can help you. Granted you have a '94, but have a look.

thanks billy I saw that when i was searching the 94 is like a T shape the 95-97 isn't
any one with a 94 can just look at it and follow it around like I said it spouts out a small stream of water/coolant every 30-45 secs

Ok so I take it that is the throttle body heater return hose I still ahve no idea where it connects to on the other end can I just cap it off and be good cause I think there might have been a cap on it before I took all the hoses off to do the opti swap.

I had planned to but jsut sold the long tubes I had bought about 6 weeks back and just preping this to sell atm work 5 days a week 10 hours a pop and a part time job on the weekends leaves no time for projects and cars sitting in the parking lot are pissing off the apartment guys.

The throttle body should connect the coolant crossover tube and the tube from the radiator with braided mesh on it.

The coolant crossover tube runs down the passenger side of the intake from behind both heads.
