elbows are good, but spirals just hold on to the gooey goodness.
you must have read my mind, because i was going to make mac & cheese tonight, until I realized I only had shells and elbows and was really in the mood for spirals

i am an elbow man and i have always loved mac n' cheese BUT you must try the velveeta and shells, they are amazing as is mac n' cheese.

Always been an elbow man as that's usually what comes in the box, but on occasion I have no issues with spirals in a home made mac & cheese.
