Camaro sideflags

What are you guys opinions on these?

I'm soon to have (yes, yes another car, lol) a 4th gen pewter convertable... Now, pewter isnt my favorite color at all, thats why it needs something on it... It has black leather and a black top. Can't go hockey stripes, and GMMG since I have the GMMG on my white car and a friend has the H/S... And 35th anny stripes look like ass on a flat hood.

Now on that Black car... looks amazing.

Thanks all.

my brother had a pewter ss, I thought it looked awesome just stock. I agree with the others, I wouldn't do it. To each his own, if you like do it.

Thats the problem, this isnt an SS... so it doesnt have the hood/wing to break it up...

You could always put the hood/wing on to get it to look sweet. Unless you don't like clone's. I just figured you wanted to add a little something to it.

I'm not too much of a fan of that...

My Z now has an SS hood on it and GMMG stripes which I think looks great, but I don't wanna do that to this car, plus wasnt planning on spending ~1000 + on a hood and spoiler. And don't really wanna spend the cash to have it repainted.

I just noticed that in your sig, yeah you dont want to do the same thing to 2 vehicles. Nice collection by the way.

I would spend the cash and get a sunoco hood and put stripes on the side of that

I think if it hit more than just the area between the wheel wells it would be better. like fading the checkered part back to within a few inches of the rear bumper/taillights and having the front portion of the stripe go all the way around the front of the car, maybe narrowed down a bit to just the lines since there wouldn't be any lettering on that part.

Just looks incomplete to me.

I've seen them in black on a pewter car, and I thought they looked pretty good. I guess it all depends on your personal taste....

I don't like the flags at all on any car sorry. The one thing you could do is add RS stripes in black if you really feel the need for stripes otherwise leave it alone and keep her clean.
