Halloween 2008 plans (21+)
Since Halloween happens to fall on a Friday this year a few of the North Jersey people have been discussing the idea of taking the train into the village to have a night out on the town filled with the usual shenanigans.
The tentative plan so far is to drive or take the train into Hoboken get food and drink and eventually migrate into the city.
It would probably involve copious amounts of alcohol and silly costumes but I just wanted to throw out the idea to any other people who would be interested in joining us! All are welcome!

I usually go to the Chiller Theater convention up there for Halloween..
On Saturday during that weekend they have a huge after party with bands, scream queens and half naked chicks in costume's.
They serve alcohol too..
I don't think there is any place else on this planet where you can be buzzed and bump into the guy that played Leather face in the original Texas Chainsaw

I'm gonna sit in the garage, play spooky music, drink beer and throw candy at kids.

Sounds like fun.....maybe we'll take Jack trick-or-treating in your neighborhood and I'll have him throw candy back at you.

UPDATE:
http://www.halloween-nyc.com/
Friday, October 31, 2008 Starting at 7 p.m.
The Parade runs straight up Sixth Avenue from Spring Street to 21st Street. Typically, the areas between Bleeker and 14th Street are most crowded, so consider arriving early or settling on another place along the route.
We'll take the path in from Hoboken and walk to our destination. Don't forget to dress up and brown bag it!

i walk IN the parade everyyear..this is my 5th year doing so. its ten times better than watching from the sidewalk (most of the times its so packed you cant see). but if you plan on being IN the parade let me know.
Look for me I will be JASON VOORHEES from FRIDAY THE 13TH. now ur probly thinking, theres gonna be dozens of Jason's how will you know its me? the answer is, a screen accurate Jason costume (PART VII - THE NEW BLOOD style-Jason). A fiberglass hockeymask, an amazing undermask (rotted corpse style). and a huge chain around my neck with a machete. come say hi if you see me, I will be walking the parade with a female Jason wearing a hockey mask /miniskirt.
