MASSIVE BLACK OUT!!
I just got power back, but there was a MASSIVE black out for most of Monmouth County, Ocean County, parts of Middlesex.
There was a large explosion at the Neptune Substation. The fireball from the explosion is said to have been 150ft into the air.

Jen just texted me saying the whole parkway is dark
said she seen the flash and thought it was lightning

Yeah, its bad news on the roads. I saw only 2 lights working, everything is 19th century on the way home.

thank god this happened tonight...i lost power in somerset county and my alarm never went off...if it had been tomorrow i would have missed one of my finals...regardless im setting my phone alarm tonight

you lost power too? we lost power at work (Montgomery) twice for a few seconds. thought it was just a local thing.
