th400 for sale

I have a th400 for sale that i bought back in october of 07. I was gonna use it in the s10 but things got pushed aside for a bit then not that long ago i decided to go another route with the truck for an engine swap. It is a gm rebuilt with low miles and comes with the convertor. Was told that it is setup good for a racket shifter. The trans was and is stored in my garage and never sat outside when i bought it and i never installed it. Its just taking up space in the garage now. What size stall? What would be needed to put a th400 in a 3rd gen that came with a 700r4?

the converter is a oem piece, I believe the th400 is longer than the 700r4 so driveshaft will have to be replaced as well as the crossmember, and the th400 is a three speed. Not sure what else would have to be done.
