New Tires for the Jeep
Just grabbed a couple of quick cell pics....
31x10.5x15 Mastercraft Courser CTs, replaced BFG All Terrains of the same size.
Haven't put them to any real off-road testing yet, just took them down a light local trail in 2wd today before I washed the truck.

So when do you want to try those new tires out on some good trails?

I'm ordering a pair of new front wheel bearings, a new pass. front U joint (cracked cap found on mine when installing the tires), and new shocks this week. Hoping to have that all installed sometime later this week or next week, and then I'll be ready.

That bumper is made by Custom4x4Fabrication...not my favorite though. Looking to get a different one, but it's not high on my list of things that I have money to spend on.

You better align it.

Yes, I might be getting a ZJ (1st gen Grand Cherokee) tie rod and drag link on the cheap, so it's gonna be taken apart anyway. I will see to it that the toe is as it should be.

Yeah Colliers is great but small. If you find yourself under the power lines stay out of the Left (heading away from stump tavern rd) side of the blackmud pit. That put water in my trucks cab on 5" with 36's.
Also if you take the fire roads back to the ring of pits be very careful. my buddy put water over his hood in the far corner from the entrance to that spot.

I might be getting one soon to pick the back of my Jeep up a bit since the AAL is sagging, but otherwise I've got no experience with them. Some people say they are fine for small lifts, others say to avoid them and that they'll cause your leaf springs to sag faster. Couldn't tell you who's right, or what would be ok in what situation though.
