people need to learn how to drive seriously. and how to pay attention while driving. the only reason traffic collisions happen is when someone isnt paying attention....or some dumbass is being, well, a dumbass.

oh and it is a state law in NJ to keep right and pass left, for all you ****ers on the parkway who drive in the left lane for the sake of being there.

PA is 10 times worse than NJ when it comes to that...it drives me INSANE! The other thing they love doing here is they'll be in the center/right lane, they'll swing into the passing line to pass the vehicle that was in front of them only to do the SAME EXACT SPEED AS THE VEHICLE THEY'RE TRYING TO PASS! Interestingly enough, the top 10 are all states with a small population density. And only little immigration.
