mine came flat black. around 5k on the filters. one filter i cut a little of the rubber neck on to sit properly. has a rubber cap for the air pump hook up if you aren't running emissions headers but can remove obviously if you are. i used a couple sheet metal screws in the plastic block off piece because i didn't like how it sat. there are like 3 or 4 flakes of paint missing on the intake, nothing you really see unless you are looking for it. all in all good condition.
