netbooks arent laptops....just an fyi  and you can find cheaper netbooks that are better quality than 250

netbooks are becoming more popular. by the same token, phones are becoming more powerful. the line that used to separate phones and desktop computers is becoming more blurred as time goes forward and as manufacturers keep making things smaller.
