check for power. if you have power at the pump, there is a connector located on the rear seat area under the car, then the pump is bad. if you don't, trace back till you find power. the fuel pump relay is located under the side trim panel by your left foot when you are seated in the driver seat, where the hood pop is. check for power at terminal 30, that is a constant hot. then cycle the key to run, you should hear/feel the relay click. if it does, check for power at terminal 87, that is the lead wire going to the fuel pump.
there is also a lead wire that will basically bypass the relay. its under the hood on the passenger side. there are two looms that run towards the firewall/pcm. tucked inside one of those is a gray wire lead. if you jump that to battery power, it should force the fuel pump on. if the pump doesn't run, then you need a fuel pump. you also get to experience the joy of replacing one! either through the floor or the correct way, dropping the exhaust and lowering the rear and such.
post up if you have any questions or issues. would be a good time to switch to a nice walbro 255 unit and maybe even the racetronix hotwire kit
