2000 Camaro 3.8 $3000 or trade

I am helping my friend sell his 2000 Camaro 3.8 with 123k miles..car is basically stock other then some front end goods like the Halo lights and a new billet grille. car has new t-top stripping so no leaking at all!!! new seals on the motor along with a new Rear Main seal!!! ....Now for the things that need work.. the Cat conveter rattles (could just be the heat shield havent looked at it yet)...and it could use rear wheel bearings and last she needs some touch up paint on the front bumper under the passenger headlight. here is the craigslist link if you want to see pics http://southjersey.craigslist.org/cto/1528392004.html

hes looking to get 3k or trade it for perferably a LT1 f-body or a newer civic or prelude
