Has anyone had any issues with these guys? I order a set of lights on the 27th and paid with my paypal account and it went through on the 28th. so far i havent recieved any emails stating they have been shipped or ready to be shipped. i emailed them yesterday afternoon to see whats up and i still havent gotten any response even though their website states a response will be sent back the same day. Im starting to get alittle annoyed.

I have used them 2x with no problems, even had a bulb burn out after 3 months or so. I emailed them and they sent me two new ones for free.

im not expecting my order to be on my step in a few days i was just ticked cause i didnt get any emails about possible delay or order is ready to be shipped or has shipped and no matter how many times i called the other day no one answered the phone. Any other place i order from always sends a email whether it was recieved payment or other ****.
i filed the dispute mainly for the sake of getting ahold of them to find out whats up

If you selected the credit card option when paying with paypal, call the card company and file complaint. The card will do a charge back against pay pal, and then pay pal has to go get their money back from the retailer.

I know my Mastercard does not have any problem doing charge backs agains paypal.

Best option is to use a credit card for online purchases directly and skip paypal all together. Paypal is almost always a losing proposition when trying to get your funds back.

Hope you get your lights soon.

I bought from them too and it did take almost a month before I got my kit. Its takes a while probably because they dont stock items for the Fbody. I am happy with the kit though. almost 1 year no issues thus far!!
