Need help identifying hose on throttle body

I was replacing my IAC when I saw that a hose connected to my throttle body was deteriorated. It has a 90deg turn in it and is about 3 in. connected on the passenger side of the TB. I took a picture from shbox and circled and pointed to it in red if anyone can identify this it would be a big help. Thanx.

EVAP, should go to a solenoid, then loop back forward under the TB and down the driver side on the intake, then another 90 degree turn and into one of the three plastic lines coming up from the wheel well.

thanks guys I used that part number from the picture and I'm gonna order a new one. I stopped asking "why?" when it comes to the LT1 for my sanity's sake.
