Ratchet Shifter???

hey guys,

question: 1989 formula firebird.. the BM 80692 ratchet shifter i was told by BM that it will fit my car but theres a clearance issue with the window switches..

anyone with a 82-92 formula have a ratchet shifter that does fit properly on there car??

i want a ratchet shifter (doesnt matter the maker) but i want it to fit my car..

Most will line up fine- boot issues and some of the high lines would need a slight taper at the ****er area- but shouldnt effect the switches, they are preety far back-

Can you post a pic of what your test fit

might be better answered if we could see it
