looks like diesel swaps are getting popular
especially cummins 700 hp 1000 plus torque withou ever removing the head is precious

absolutely sick! surprisingly swapping duramax engines into cars is kind of common. I saw a beautiful chevelle at englishtown car show last yr with a duramax swap.

There is a third gen with a dmax build somewhere on the internet as well, started off with the turbo rear mounted and then switched back to a front mount.

A guy around here has a very clean chevelle that is sitting in his garage all hacked apart... next to it lays a Alison and a mid 2000's duramax motor. It should be promising when he gets back from over seas.
