I have a 1985 monte carlo SS runs and drives good, Sunroof car from the factory with grey int. Car has a mild 350 out of a 1972 monte carlo block is a 3930010 lq4 4 bolt main block with 1.94 1.50 heads edlebrok performer intake edlebrok carb and small cam. Has newer jegs long tube headers with true dual exhaust with flow masters. straight out the back with chrome tips. Trans is a TRANS SPECIALITIES BUILT th400 was built to handle 850 hp. Fairbanks full reverse manual valve body with hurst quarter stick shifter. Also has deep sump cooling trans pan with a temp gauge as well. Converter is a 10inch 3600-3800 stall converter. Also comes with 2 trans oil coolers with an line fittings. Car has air shocks on the back to handle the 15x10 centerline convo pros with bfg 10.5 wide tires. The fronts are 15x6 convo pros with bfg tires as well. Car was built to be driven on the street. clean and clear NJ title. I daily drove the car for about 6 months till winter set in then parked it. Has 7.5 rear still with 3.55 gears car will spin 1st and 2nd and chirp 3rd with no issues. Body is in ok shape. drive side quarter has some rust but its fixable the pass door has a dent in it but i have 2 mint gm good mark doors for it that i will add if I get close to my asking price. floors are solid sunroof doesnt leak. I am asking 2800 OBO which is more then fair with everything thats done to the car. has tons of potential or just keep driving it as is. I has intentions on redoing the motor and adding a blower thats one reason the trans was done right so i did not have to go back and pull it back out later down the road. trans will handle anything you through at it.
