My car...on 'roids

Vehicle Highlights

The adage that there is no replacement for displacement proves itself once again in the Malibu Maxx Cross Country. In place of the production Maxx’s 3.5L V-6, this customized Chevrolet gets its motivation from a specially tuned 3.9L V-6 that produces 240 horsepower. An upgraded suspension, braking system, and wheel/tire package completes the performance package. Tasteful modifications to the MAXX’s already unique profile take the design into another automotive plane. Adding to the styling is the MAXX’s already versatile interior.

3.9L V-6 with dual exhaust
Heavy-duty Hydra-Matic 4T65-E four-speed automatic transmission
Upgraded suspension and brake systems
Custom 19-inch wheels with performance-oriented tires
High-performance entertainment system utilizing Infinity components
Complete exterior package including restyled hood, fenders, rocker panels and quarter panels

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
some might like the grill, but im a big fan for everything else. I want the rims, tails, and headlights. Also, the cool fender flares would be nice, as would the 3.9 V6 making 240hp.

Whats the problem with the grill? looks just fine to me. You didnt mention if this "cross country" package will make it to production? The maxx with that package blows away the mazda 6

The Maxx CC is a SEMA production, but the 3.9 will show up in the Malibu in time. Right now, production is just staring for the G6.
I think that they could have toned down the grill, but its nice looking. I like mine better, but I think thats cause its black. Black Maxx deffinatly looks better then any color out there, IMO. Maybe the red....

I will be posting up other SEMA stuff tonight, right from my other site GMI.
