Had our little car club meet on sunday. We had 16+ cars show up. Anyways, there was some good racing after we got on the road to wendy's. I got a race before I got to the meet with a Z28. He hit it from behind me then I punched it. He put 2 cars on me until I caught him at 100 and passed him. I put a car on him then shut down.
Next was on the way to wendy's on the interstate. I raced an M6 Z28 from a 48 roll. We hit it at the same time and they slowly put a car on me and that's where it stayed when we shut down around 125. The next race was with an 03 cobra with 440 to the wheels. He hit it early on the second honk and I couldn't catch him. The third race was with the same 03, and our friends 03 putting 415 to the wheels. We went from 50 and the 440 Cobra put 2 cars on me off the go and slowly pulled a third, while the other 03 stayed with me for a bit and slowly faded back. I beat him by about 2 cars.
All in all it was a good night with good racing. 2 wins and 3 losses. Next sunday is my race with the 440 rwhp 03 Cobra from a stop, and the shoes will be on.
