Hey, who knows, maybe it'll work. Watch him come back and pwn everyone with 35% fuel economy or something. Me, I'd rather take that 250 bux and put it towards a set of 1.84 or 1.9 rockers and some springs, but that's just me.

If anyone's interested, I have some oceanfront property in Kansas that I inherited and may be willing to sell.

we had a system that u hooked into the fuel line at the shop was a snapon system,it ran the solevent/gas threw the rail for 30 mins then u ran the car on the mixture for 30 mins.we had ppl that swore it worked great.i myself never tried it out though, was to much of a bitch to hook to a carbed car.

I watched them do that on the old Shadetree Mechanic show. It was some Ford that had all kinds of carbon buildup and was pinging like crazy. It cleaned it out pretty good and the pinging went away.

" It will (*spank*) his TA".... I'd personally like to circuit him so I can watch my $2,000 in suspension components come in very handy and his car smoking nicely against some wall

Keeps the carbon down in the engine and runs cleaner, how can that be beat..... I'm only getting 20mpg right now anyways. I've also done the seafoam thing (really only works on higher mileage cars)... no big difference if you dont have anymore than 60k miles

what does static repulsion have anything to do with this? there is no way to "extract" molecules without another subtance to interact with it, and that must create enough energy to reach its activation energy and that would probably require more energy then it produces. and that is also a pain in the ass. scientifically it is completely crappy

so we'll just defy the laws of science for the sake of gas mileage... im convinced. a matter-of-fact, i'll take 2

You need more energy to seperate water into hydrogen and oxygen then it would take to power the car. Such a waste.
If you wana save the world, get a Hyrbid.

I see no theories (only fact) besides your static repulsion will separate molecules BS

Actually, I remember doing an expirement (sp?) in 9th grade where we took some plain old tap water and some sort of catalyst and we passed a small current through it to get hydrogen and oxygen. That was 9 years ago and using very rudimentary equipment. I'm sure its more than possible, there's just one thing I don't understand. How does it save you gas? It says it will burn the hydrogen (VERY volitile and exothermic fuel, hindenburg anyone?) and save your gasoline, but how? The car does not know you are adding the extra fuel to the system, is there a parameter in the computer for added hydrogen? Also too, the resultant material of the combustion (sp?) of hydrogen (read: the OXYGENATION of hydrogen) is water.
Those are just a few reasons why I don't get it, but it wouldn't surprise me if I was wrong, it happens all the time. If you get it and it works well be sure to post up, I'm sure a lot of people would like to know.

TA?? I dont have a TA, I dont have any Trans am badges on my firebird. Nor will I ever. why not? because im not a ****ing idiot, unlike most people think around here, and as for a "circuit" my cars not going to built for that, Im going to build it for street strip, and right now Im saving up for a 350, so Id watch what you say.
edit, if you want to save money, convert your FIREBIRD to ethonal and start growing ur own corn.
