I'm sorry, but she'd have to be shot, it'd be a homicide-suicide on my part. WTF!!!!!!!!!!!! I can understand not being able to claim theft or something but seriously, HE'S BEING FORCED TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT??!!?? I could see if they actually had sex and a child resulted but she went down on him, saved the man sauce and used it later to get herself pregnant?? He shouldn't be responsable for a dime of that, i'm sorry but that's my thinking, if any of you disagree that's fine i respect that, but this chick is crazy no matter how you look at it.

The child support thing is ridiculous. Definitley a messed up scenario and I feel sorry for the kid based on what mom did and what dad said.

hahah thats f'in great lol. i know a few girls that would think like that. In regards to that case, ok so he cant file a theft claim for being emotionally damaged and crap, but the child support? come on thats insane. Im sure this case will be followed up with more legal action maybe something along the lines saying that he never consented to actual intercourse. im sure he wont have to pay child support for long, some good attorney will get wind of this and find a loophole.
