In need of Salespeople!!
Ok, I have posted several times before here, to little or no reaction.
Recently, I was promoted to to Asst Manager (hold the applause). Thats about the extent of the good news.
That means that there is one less full time salesman on the floor. Also, a guy that I was training to take my spot quit yesterday because he all of a sudden is moving down south jersey.
Right now I have NO full time salespeople and 3 part time guys.
What I am looking for is a staff of people I can trust to get the job done, have a great personality, and are driven. If you have had past sales jobs, thats great as well.

You can make good money. You do get paid a base hourly rate plus comission. And now with a low sales staff, you can make a lot of money comission wise. I need a guy to work the afternoon/night shift 1 to 9.

a) too far

TTT ANYONE!! I need techs for tire and battery installation and sales people. I need reliable people looking for part time or full time positions. We are pretty flexable with time, but looking for someone to do 1 to 9 shift durring the week as well as weekends.

Ugh, had to endure my first day of hell. We had 2 guys quit for different jobs because they didnt want to work automotive anymore. I need some techs right now, just basic oil change, tire, battery guys.
